Building/Staff Requirements (Dependent on Staff/Volunteer Availability)

Will this proposed event require someone other than the organizer to OPEN/SECURE THE BUILDING?

Yes. I do not have keys or an alarm code. No. I have keys and an alarm code.

Will this proposed event require extra CUSTODIAL HOURS?

Yes. We will plan funds in our budget to pay for extra custodial hours. No. We will ensure the building is cleaned and reset.

Will this proposed event require EXTRA SETUP TIME?

Yes. We need the evening before to set up. Yes. We need the whole day before to set up. Yes. We need the entire day of the event for setup. Yes, We need the 2 hours before the event for setup. No. Our event requires minimal setup and can be completed in the 30 minutes prior to the event.

Will the proposed event require HELP WITH SETUP OR TEAR DOWN?

Yes. We will provide instruction for what we need done. No. We will do our own setup.

Will the proposed event require MUSICIANS?

Yes. We will speak with the Worship Arts Team to coordinate. No. We do not need musicians.

Will the proposed event require a SOUND TECHNICIAN?

Yes. We will need a technician at the sound board. No. We have someone on my team that has been trained on the sound board. No. We do not need any sound.

Will the proposed event require MEDIA OR VIDEO?

Yes, We need media or video for the proposed event. No, We do not need media or video for the proposed event.

Will the proposed event require VIDEO RECORDING?

Yes. We need this proposed event recorded. No. We do not need the proposed event recorded.
